Since 2003, we have operated a BSI certified ISO9001 Tick IT Quality Management System (QMS) which is currently certified as being compliant to the ISO9001:2008 TickIT standard. The scope of our certification is: "Process control, software design, validation, consultancy and training to TickIT standards".
We have a defined Quality Policy and our QMS is regularly audited by 3rd parties.
Our ISO9001:2008 Tick IT Quality Management System has been influenced by our knowledge and regular use of GAMP 5 (Good Automated Manufacturing Practice). This is a standard used by the pharmaceutical industry and acts as a definition of good practice for designing and testing automated systems.
At the end of a project, we canvas our clients for their opinion on the level of service they have received from us. This is based on eight categories, each of which are marked between 1 (Poor) and 10 (Excellent). The chart below shows the average results in percentage terms for each category received from the clients shown.
In a similar manner, we also ask for feedback from people attending our ExperTune approved PID training courses. The most recent of these is shown below.
