Commercial Terms
Our reputation is the most valuable asset we have. To protect this we always check that our clients are completely happy with the level of service we have provided by asking them to complete a Feedback Form. The questions asked cover all aspects of our services including costs. We are always careful to ensure that the work we do is transparent and clearly adds value and the feedback confirms our belief that we offer very good value for money when compared to our competitors. Where credit terms have been agreed, we can accept 30-day payments in GBP (£), USD ($) or Euros (€). Payments can also be made by Credit Card in these currencies via our PayPal account. In all cases, a formal invoice will be issued to request payment in the currency of your choice.
As a UK-based VAT-registered organisation, all prices quoted will be subject to VAT at the appropriate rate. Work done outside of the UK for, or on behalf of, foreign organisations is often considered outside of the scope of UK VAT and in such circumstances will not be charged. Where necessary, we will consult HM Customs & Revenue for formal advice.

Cancellation Policy
- Services – We will charge for all time booked, and expenses incurred, on a particular contract up to the date of cancellation + 5%.
